James R. Strull Joins Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C. as Of Counsel in Trusts & Estates Group

Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C. announced today that James R. Strull has joined the firm as of counsel in the Hackensack office, in the Trusts & Estates practice group. He was previously with the Hackensack-based Strull Law Group LLC.

Strull’s practice in New Jersey and New York concentrates in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, business succession planning and business transactions. He advises clients in these areas and when the need arises, provides his skills as an experienced litigator in the areas of estate, probate and chancery matters.

Strull is admitted to the Bars of New Jersey, the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey, New York, the United States Supreme Court and the U.S. Tax Court. He is a trained mediator qualified under New Jersey’s Court Rule 1:40 and is eligible for mediation appointments from the New Jersey Superior Court.

A long-time member of the Greater New Jersey Estate Planning Council, Inc., Strull currently serves as its President and serves on its Board of Trustees. He is a member of the Bergen County, New Jersey State, New York State and American Bar Associations. He also serves on the Member Advisory Board of the Valley Health Systems Lifestyles Fitness Center.

Strull has served as Borough Attorney of the Borough of Wood-Ridge, New Jersey and as a member and Attorney for the Planning Board of the Borough of Oakland, New Jersey. He earned his B.B.A. from the School of Risk Management, Insurance and Actuarial Science, St. John's University, and his J.D. from New York Law School.
