Pashman Stein Walder Hayden has added five new attorneys to the company’s roster to strengthen one of the most successful litigation profiles in the region. Two of the lawyers will lead the new Monmouth County office, while the other three will be based out of the firm’s Hackensack-NJ headquarters.

“Together, this team offers an unprecedented level of service and results,” PSWH Chair and Managing Partner Michael Stein weighed in.

Heading the firm’s new Monmouth County office in Red Bank, NJ, are two former Lindabury, McCormick, Estabrook & Cooper, PC attorneys Joseph (Jay) Colao, and Tracy Julian. Colao’s area of concentration is business law and commercial litigation while Julian’s is family law, as well as commercial litigation.

In Hackensack, NJ, former Counsel at Venable LLP, David Cinotti, will join as Counsel to PSWH and focus on commercial litigation, international and domestic arbitration, and appellate litigation. Timothy Malone and Matthew Frisch will join as Associates in the firm’s litigation team. Malone worked as a Deputy Attorney General in the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General’s Environmental Practice Group, while Frisch was an associate at Lindabury, McCormick, Estabrook & Cooper, PC practicing litigation, real estate & land use and FINRA arbitration.
