CJ Griffin to be Featured Panelist at Women Lawyers in Bergen’s CLE Discussing Open Public Records Act

CJ Griffin, partner and director of the Justice Gary S. Stein Public Interest Center at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C., will be a featured panelist at the upcoming "Developments in Open Public Records Act (OPRA)" virtual CLE, hosted by Women Lawyers in Bergen. The panel will discuss the 2024 amendments to OPRA, recent caselaw developments, best practices for submitting OPRA requests, and emerging trends in public records law. Other speakers on the panel include Samora Noguera, OPRA Attorney for the Office of the Clerk of the City of Newark; Walter M. Luers of Cohn Lifland Pearlman Hermann & Knopf LLP; and Frank F. Caruso, Executive Director of the Government Records Council. The event will take place on March 12, 2025, from 12PM-2PM via Zoom.
