Sklar, associate in the Bankruptcy, Restructuring and Creditors’ Rights practice at Pashman Stein, will be a featured guest speaker for the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Asset Protection Strategies: Update 2024 CLE on Wednesday, December 11. The forum will cover topics such as legitimate asset protection planning versus aiding and abetting a debtor in fraudulently hiding assets, limited liability companies, fraudulent conveyances and ethics, trust decanting and trust mergers, and other asset planning techniques.
The CLE will take place from 9am-1pm.
