Hon. Ellen L. Koblitz, P.J.A.D. (Ret.), Special Counsel at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C., will be a presenter at the upcoming MCBA/MCLE Family Law Committee webinar titled “Cohabitation: Past, Present and Future.” The webinar will discuss and analyze the cohabitation statute, cohabitation jurisprudence through and including the Cardali v. Cardali decision, as well as a discussion on “how” to prove your case following Cardali. The CLE webinar will take place on November 27, 2023 at 1:30pm.
