Leah Eisenberg, Partner, and David Sklar, Associate, in the firm’s  Bankruptcy, Restructuring and Creditors’ Rights practice group at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C. hosted a recent webinar in partnership with the Association of Corporate Counsel Westchester Southern Connecticut Chapter titled “Chapter 11 - Bankruptcy 101: What Every Company Needs to Know About Chapter 11 Proceedings and How Their Businesses could be Impacted.” The presentation discussed issues of concern to companies that are creditors of a Chapter 11 Debtor and also provided an overview of the Chapter 11 process and essential bankruptcy concepts and legal principles.
