Raymond M. Brown to be Moderator for NJSBA CLE, “Financial Fraud”
Raymond M. Brown, partner at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden, in the Litigation, Criminal Defense and Governmental and Internal Investigations practice groups, will be the moderator at an upcoming New Jersey State Bar Association CLE titled, “Financial Fraud” presented by the NJ Society of CPAs and NJICLE. The panel discussion will cover topics such as how to spot financial fraud and protect clients’ businesses, and presenters will share information that they would like each other to know in order to give their clients the best opportunity to win their cases. Raymond Brown will be moderating the discussion alongside panelists Melissa Dardani, Founder of MD Advisory; Brian Sanvidge, Leader of Regulatory Compliance and Affairs at Anchin Block & Anchin; and Mary E. Tescano, Esq., Former Federal Prosecutor. The CLE seminar will take place at the New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick, NJ, as well as online, from 9-11 a.m. on Wednesday, May 22.
