Corporate Senior Associate, Counsel or Partner – Bergen County or Monmouth County

Pashman Stein Walder Hayden seeks a full-time senior associate, counsel or partner level candidate with 6+ years of corporate transactional experience to join the firm to be based in Hackensack or Holmdel, New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have at least 6+ years of experience with corporate transactions, including equity structuring, general commercial transactions, private equity investments, M&A transactions, corporate governance, and joint ventures. Knowledge of securities, tax, healthcare, and executive compensation are a plus. Bar membership in New Jersey or New York is required.
