Pashman Stein Walder Hayden seeks a full-time partner level candidate with 8+ years of litigation experience to join the firm and to be based in Wilmington, Delaware. The ideal candidate will have experience in all Delaware State and Federal Courts, including the Delaware Court of Chancery, and portable business.  Bar membership in Delaware is required. Bar membership in New Jersey, Pennsylvania or New York a plus.
