Tax Senior Associate, Counsel or Partner - Bergen County or Monmouth County

Pashman Stein Walder Hayden seeks a full-time senior associate, counsel or partner level candidate with 6+ years of transactional tax experience to join the corporate department of the firm.  The position is based in Hackensack or Holmdel, New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience with transactional tax and/or executive compensation and should have strong experience advising on tax structuring and counseling for mergers, acquisitions and other business combinations, as well as entity taxation at the federal, state and local levels. Strong experience with private client tax services, including executive compensation, deferred compensation arrangements, defined benefits, personal income taxation, trust taxation, estate and gift taxation, charitable taxation, flow through entities and partnership taxation needed. LL.M. in Tax is preferred.  Bar membership in New Jersey or New York is required.
