Samantha T. Alexander Joins Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C. as an Associate in the Corporate & Business Law Practice and Commercial Real Estate Practice
Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C. is pleased to announce that Samantha T. Alexander has joined Pashman Stein as an Associate in the firm’s Corporate & Business Law practice and Commercial Real Estate practice, as of July 28, 2021. Alexander joins the firm from Orloff, Lowenbach, Stifelman & Siegel, P.A., and previously served as in-house counsel for a large terminal operator and stevedore.

Alexander’s Corporate & Business Law practice focuses on advising entrepreneurs and emerging growth companies on a broad range of corporate and business matters, including startup formation and corporate governance, debt and equity financings, developing and implementing business initiatives, corporate reorganizations, and mergers and acquisitions.
Her extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions includes structuring, drafting and negotiating asset purchase, stock purchase, and merger agreements and all related ancillary documents, as well as all aspects of the due diligence process, including drafting due diligence memorandums, analyzing target company agreements and documents, and drafting disclosure schedules.
Alexander also handles a wide array of commercial real estate matters including preparing joint venture agreements, providing borrower representation in commercial mortgage transactions, and negotiating commercial leases.

Alexander earned her J.D. from Rutgers University Law School in 2015, where she served as Editor-in Chief of the Rutgers Law Record and was a member of the Rutgers Intellectual Property Law Association, and earned her B.A. from New York University in 2010. Upon graduation from law school, she served as Law Clerk to the Hon. Rudolph A. Filko, J.S.C, Superior Court of New Jersey (Passaic County).
Alexander is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, and the United States District Court, District of New Jersey. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the New Jersey Bar Association, and the New Jersey Women Lawyers Association.
