Alec Borenstein, counsel in the Trusts & Estates practice group at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C. co-hosted a recent CLE Webinar titled “The Hidden Tax: Income with Respect to the Decedent – How to Leave a Stronger Legacy.” The presentation course discussed the use of life insurance to replace the tax burden lost during wealth transfer. It also went over lesser-known taxes, such as income with respect to the decedent (IRD). The online event took place on July 6, 2023.
