CJ Griffin Quoted in Article Regarding Police Transparency in Trenton
CJ Griffin, director of the Justice Gary S. Stein Public Interest Center at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C., was quoted in Trentonian article, “4 Trenton cops used force on Pennsylvania man who died in custody in April.” The article discusses the challenges in obtaining police records from an incident where a Pennsylvania man died in the custody of Trenton Police.
Trenton did not give up the police records without a fight, as The Trentonian, which was represented by attorney C.J. Griffin, sued to compel their release.
