CJ Griffin Quoted in Article Regarding Successful OPRA Lawsuit to Obtain New Brunswick's Pandemic Continuity Plan
CJ Griffin, director of the Justice Gary S. Stein Public Interest Center at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C., was quoted in New Brunswick Today article, “Judge Forces City to Release Secret Pandemic Plan.” The article discusses an OPRA lawsuit that Griffin filed on behalf of New Brunswick Today to obtain the City of New Brunswick’s Pandemic Continuity Plan. The lawsuit was successful and Judge Albert Rivas’s has ordered the City to release the plan.
“The residents of New Brunswick have a right to know what the City’s plan is to ensure that local government functions smoothly during this pandemic and they have a right to ensure it is being followed,” said CJ Griffin, who represents New Brunswick Today in the matter.
