The purely subjective list, compiled by Tom Barrett, is an annual tribute to honor, celebrate, and acknowledge the accomplishments and contributions of Irish Americans, statewide. The list recognizes Joe as a “sought after, highly regarded Criminal Defense Attorney” and for his work for the Democratic National Convention.
