Daniel R. Guadalupe, partner in the Litigation practice at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C., was recently featured in an article on Law.com titled “Gen AI May Not Replace Legal Professionals, But It Will Force Them To Adapt.” The article discusses how AI will enhance, not replace, the work of legal professionals if they can adapt to emerging technology trends.

Guadalupe, a partner with Pashman Stein Walder Hayden who’s been tasked with overseeing the firm’s AI committee, says that AI technology will be useful not only to create internal efficiencies but to enhance the skills, strategies and abilities of lawyers who eventually will have an almost “all-knowing” conversation “partner” to formulate and test the best solutions for clients.
