David B. Stratton Joins Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C., Further Expanding Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Creditors’ Rights Practice and Delaware Office
Hackensack, NJ/Wilmington, DE (July 16, 2024) - Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C. is pleased to announce that David B. Stratton has joined the firm’s Wilmington, Delaware office as senior counsel in the Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Creditors’ Rights practice. Prior to joining Pashman Stein, Stratton was senior counsel at Whiteford, Taylor & Preston LLC; previously he was a partner at Troutman Pepper and its predecessors for more than 30 years.

Stratton has decades of experience representing a wide variety of clients across diverse industries, including debtors, creditors’ committees, chairmen and members of creditors’ committees, secured and unsecured creditors, landlords, asset acquirers, indenture trustees, appointed trustees and examiners in both Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 cases, and many other parties-in-interest as both lead and co-counsel in Bankruptcy Courts in the District of Delaware and other jurisdictions throughout the country. In addition, Stratton has significant experience representing clients in bankruptcy litigation matters. Stratton also himself serves as an appointed trustee in complex bankruptcy cases. His extensive experience includes representing clients in cases involving many industry sectors, including retail, technology, health care, manufacturing, transportation, production companies, banking, construction, retail, and service businesses.
