Pashman Stein not only offered me a tremendous platform to continue providing services to my clients, but also a unique opportunity to be part of a practice group and a firm that is growing rapidly and is, in my view, truly special," Jaffe said Thursday. "I believe the supportive culture, collaborative environment, and passion for the law at Pashman Stein is unmatched anywhere and when I began speaking with the folks at the firm, I knew almost immediately that this is where I wanted to practice law."
In Thursday's announcement, [Chair of the firm’s Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Creditor’s Rights practice, John W. Weiss] said Jaffe is a welcome addition to the bankruptcy team and has "a well-known reputation for representing clients in sophisticated and specialized matters."
"He has helped numerous creditors in a broad array of industries both improve their recoveries in bankruptcy cases and either eliminate or greatly reduce their risks," Weiss said. "I'm pleased he has chosen to bring his practice to Pashman Stein, as I did, to join a team that provides high-caliber representation and innovative solutions at the more cost-effective rate structure our firm offers."
Michael S. Stein, the firm's chair and managing partner, said in the announcement, "This is an exciting time for Pashman Stein as we continue to grow and expand our Delaware office to meet our clients' needs."
Bringing on an attorney of Jaffe's "caliber and reputation" will bolster the firm's bankruptcy practice group's client service and representation, Stein said.
