Jane F. Wolk Joins Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C. as Of Counsel in the Firm's Trusts & Estates and Elder Law Practice
Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C. announced today that Jane F. Wolk has joined the firm as of counsel in the firm’s Trusts & Estates and Elder Law practice as of June 1, 2021.
I am beyond thrilled to have Jane join our team,” said Naomi Becker Collier, co-chair of the Trusts & Estates and Elder Law practice at Pashman Stein. “In addition to being an amazing woman, along with her thirty years of experience in Trusts & Estates, she brings with her an outstanding knowledge of the law, and a practical and caring perspective.”
Wolk’s practice includes all aspects of probate and trust administration, estate and gift tax planning, and the representation of executors, trustees and beneficiaries. She is licensed by the state bars of both New York and New Jersey.
A graduate of Stanford Law School, Wolk worked for many years with some of the top practitioners in the field of trust and estate law, including Schulte, Roth & Zabel, DLA Piper and J.P. Morgan. Following her years in the world of “Big Law,” Wolk transferred her experience and expertise to a smaller, more personal setting, founding The Law Offices of Jane F. Wolk, LLC in 2010. After more than a decade in solo practice, Wolk joins Pashman Stein Walder Hayden, where she continues to provide clients with individualized guidance on estate and trust matters.
Wolk is a frequent lecturer on estate planning and has a special interest in the issues faced by women, by non-traditional families and by members of the LGBT community. She was appointed by the Supreme Court of New Jersey to serve as Vice-Chair on the Fee Arbitration Panel for District V-B and has been recognized by her peers for her outstanding commitment to pro bono work.
