Jhanice V. Domingo Featured in New Jersey Law Journal’s ‘On the Move’
As we continue to celebrate Asian American, Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C. proudly recognizes partner Jhanice V. Domingo, Esq. whose elevation as chair of the firm’s Family Law Practice Group was recently featured in the "On the Move" column of the New Jersey Law Journal. The feature also highlighted Jhanice’s leadership roles which extend beyond the firm; she has held prominent positions as the past president of the National Filipino American Lawyers Association and the Asian Pacific American Lawyers Association of New Jersey (APALA-NJ). Additionally, she served as the Chair of APALA-NJ’s Judicial & Prosecutorial Appointments Committee for over a decade, advocating for diversity and inclusion within the legal community.
Since taking the helm of the firm’s Family Law Practice Group, Jhanice has championed a multidisciplinary and culturally competent approach, ensuring holistic and comprehensive representation for the firm’s family law clients. With a focus on the importance of cultural competence, Jhanice sets the standard for the firm’s seasoned advisors. Additionally, she has spearheaded efforts to integrate strategic advice from attorneys across the firm’s various legal specialties, including estates and trusts, corporate and business law, criminal law, bankruptcy, etc. enriching the support offered to the firm’s diverse clientele.
In addition to her role as Chair of the firm’s Family Law Practice Group, Jhanice continues to play an active role in shaping New Jersey’s legal landscape as a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association Family Law Executive Committee (FLEC) and as Co-Chair of the Bergen County Bar Association Family Law Committee. This year marks Jhanice’s fourth year as a member of FLEC and third term as Co-Chair of Bergen County Bar Association’s Family Law Committee.
