Joe Hayden Receives St. Benedict's Prep "Distinguished Alumnus" Award

We are pleased to announce that Joseph A. Hayden, Jr. recently received the St. Benedict’s Prep Distinguished Alumnus Award at the the Alumni Association’s Annual Communion Breakfast.  In his acceptance speech, Joe proudly noted that St. Benedict’s planted “seed of service” in his life.  “If not you, then who?” is the question we must all answer, Joe explained, as he discussed his involvement with the historic March on Selma and the impact of the Newark riots.
