Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C. Successful in Unprecedented Reinstatement of Lawyer
After a two-year disbarment for allegedly misappropriating funds from an elder client, attorney Michael Luciano was immediately reinstated to practice by the New Jersey Supreme Court. Justin Walder, co-chair of the litigation department at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C., together with partners Steven Walder and Roger Plawker, successfully represented Mr. Luciano in obtaining this unprecedented result.
