Justin Walder, co-chair of Pashman Stein Walder Hayden's litigation practice, was quoted by NJ.com regarding the fatal school bus accident in Paramus. The article focuses on whether or not the school district is liable for damages as a result of the accident. 

“There is no immunity under the Tort Claims Act for negligence,” said Justin P. Walder of Pashman Stein Walder Hayden in Hackensack. “A school district would therefore be liable for damages relating to any negligent conduct.”
