Pashman Stein, P.C. and Walder Hayden Join Forces Bringing Together Two of the State’s Leading Litigation Firms
Pashman Stein P.C. announces a merger with Roseland-based, Walder Hayden P.A., expanding both the depth and breadth of its practice offerings and providing clients with the deepest bench in the region for high stakes civil and criminal litigation. The combined firm of 45 lawyers will be based out of Pashman Stein’s offices in Hackensack. Pashman Stein’s current Managing Partner, Michael Stein will lead the new firm.
Walder Hayden, led by two of the State’s most accomplished and well respected trial attorneys, Justin Walder and Joe Hayden, is recognized as among the region’s top firms in the areas of white collar criminal defense, legal ethics and appellate litigation. The combined firm has a deep bench of lawyers that includes retired New Jersey State Supreme Court Justice, Gary S. Stein, former deputy attorneys general, assistant US attorneys, prosecutors, and seasoned lawyers with active and leading roles in many of the region’s prominent civic and legal organizations and institutions. They are joined by a team of young lawyers who honed their skills at some of the most well respected litigation firms in the nation.
