Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C. Representing The New York Times and NPR in Dominion-Fox Defamation Lawsuit
Jennifer Borg, Of Counsel, and Joseph C. Barsalona, II, Partner, at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden are representing The New York Times and NPR in a case filed in Delaware Superior Court. The lawsuit seeks disclosure of sealed documents in a $1.6 billion defamation lawsuit brought by Dominion Voting Systems against defendant Fox News Network and Fox Corporation regarding allegations that the 2020 Presidential election was stolen and that Dominion was to blame.
The documents will help the public determine "whether Defendants published false statements with actual malice and whether the lawsuit was filed to chill free speech," reads the filing by attorney Joseph C. Barsalona II, for the Times and NPR. "Accordingly, the interest in access to the Challenged Documents is vital."
