Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C. is pleased to announce that Bruce S. Rosen has joined the firm as a partner in the firm’s Litigation, Media Law and Crisis Management practices, as of February 7, 2022.
“Bruce has an exceptional reputation for his work in First Amendment litigation and other complex matters and is known as being a tireless advocate for his clients,” said firm chair and managing partner Michael S. Stein. “We are confident that Bruce’s arrival will enhance the capabilities we offer to our clients across a variety of industries. Our deep bench of experienced attorneys will allow him to seamlessly integrate his multifaceted practice while continuing to deliver top-tier service.”
Rosen has more than 35 years of experience in high profile First Amendment matters, commercial litigation and criminal defense, and is nationally recognized for his work defending news organizations. He is often asked to provide expert opinions regarding First Amendment issues. His background as an award-winning newspaper reporter and his continuing relationships with the media provide a unique perspective in counseling clients on media and First Amendment Law and allows him to get to the compelling elements of a client’s matter.
Rosen has successfully argued numerous cases before the New Jersey Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second and Third Circuits. He is frequently engaged by corporations and privately held businesses to manage complex commercial matters and has niche experience working with clients in the petroleum industry to handle Petroleum Marketing Practice Act and other matters associated with gasoline marketing.
Clients also turn to Rosen for strategic crisis management counsel on sensitive issues. His work as an outside investigator allows him to provide a multifaceted approach to resolving a client’s crisis and he collaborates with his colleagues, clients, and necessary outside entities to minimize the risk to the client’s business.
“Pashman Stein has a tremendous team of lawyers, many of whom I have known and worked with for years, who are dedicated to providing their clients with the highest level of service, and I am pleased to be joining such a well-respected firm,” Rosen commented.
In addition to joining Pashman Stein’s Litigation, Media Law, Investigations, and Crisis Management practice, Rosen will also be a member of the firm’s Petroleum Marketing Practice Act group and the Investigations, Privacy and Information Governance, Criminal Defense, and Employment Litigation practices.
Our firm is proud of the results it has achieved for clients, some of which are noted here. Of course, each legal matter is unique on many levels, and past successes are not a guarantee of results in any other pending or future matters.
