Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C. is pleased to announce that Dillon J. McGuire, associate in the firm’s Criminal Defense & Investigations practice groups, has been sworn in as a Trustee of the Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers of New Jersey (ACDL-NJ), for the 2022-2023 term. McGuire is currently serving as co-chair of the Young Lawyers Division for the ACDL-NJ.
Since 2021, McGuire has argued before the New Jersey Supreme Court in three criminal law matters on behalf of amicus curiae ACDL-NJ, including State v. Garcia, 245 N.J. 412 (2021), in which the Supreme Court reversed the defendant’s conviction.
“We congratulate Dillon on his new role as trustee of the ACDL-NJ,” said Pashman Stein managing partner Michael S. O'Connor (2021-2022), Justin P. Walder (1987-88), partner Raymond M. Brown (1989-90), and of counsel Alan Silber (1992-93).
