Gambale, associate, of the Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Creditors’ Rights practice group at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C. were mentioned in the Law360 article titled, “FTX Seeks to Push Ch. 11 Plan Over Final Hurdles.”  Together with Latham & Watkins LLP, the Pashman Stein team represents the Foreign Representatives of Three Arrows Capital, Ltd., who objected to the proposed FTX Chapter 11 plan contending that it should reserve funds for disputed claims.
