Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C. is proud to announce that Richard C. Solow, an associate in the firm’s Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Creditors’ Rights practice, was named a winner of the 2024 “Unsung Hero” award by the New Jersey Law Journal as part of its New Jersey Legal Awards 2024. According to the New Jersey Law Journal, the “Unsung Hero” award celebrates attorneys who may work long hours behind the scenes but are indispensable to the efforts of the firm.

“We are thrilled that Rich has received this well-deserved award,” remarked John Weiss, chair of the firm’s Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Creditors’ Rights practice. “In just over two years, our practice group has experienced unprecedented growth, and we absolutely could not have achieved our success without Rich’s tireless efforts and significant contributions to our firm’s most significant and complex bankruptcy matters. Moreover, Rich’s behind-the-scenes contributions go beyond his excellent work, as he naturally gravitated into the role of mentor for our more junior associates.  Rich could not be more deserving of this recognition.”

Solow regularly advises clients in bankruptcy, litigations, transactional and distressed finance matters, including corporate debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, indenture and securitization trustees, trade creditors and other parties in complex corporate restructurings, liquidations, and bankruptcy proceedings.

The honorees will be recognized at the New Jersey Law Journal’s gala, scheduled for October 29, 2024.

The announcement of the awards by the New Jersey Law Journal can be found here.

The New Jersey Legal Awards are published by the New Jersey Law Journal. A description of the selection methodology can be found at Methodology: New Jersey Legal Awards (NJLA) 2023.
