Roger Plawker and Justin P. Walder Quoted in New Jersey Law Journal Article

Roger Plawker and Justin P. Walder, both partners at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C., were quoted in a Law360 Article titled “Appellate Division Dismisses Professional Negligence Claims Against Several Attorneys in Case With 'Tortured History”.

In a statement to the New Jersey Law Journal via email, Plawker and Walder said that the Appellate Division appropriately recognized the “’tortured history’” of this case and, after a thorough review of the record and the equities involved, arrived at the correct result.

“As the court recognized, plaintiffs were made whole long ago through the careful, equitable remedy fashioned by the trial court and litigants may not pursue multiple ‘bites of the apple’ to the prejudice of new parties,” stated Walder and Plawker. “We are pleased for our client, who waited a long time for this vindication, and are happy to have assisted in achieving this outcome.”
