Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C. is proud to announce that Timothy P. Malone, partner in the firm’s Litigation and Appellate Advocacy practices, was selected for inclusion in the 2023 list of “Unsung Heroes” by the New Jersey Law Journal as part of its New Jersey Legal Awards 2023. According to the New Jersey Law Journal, the “Unsung Hero” award celebrates attorneys who may work long hours behind the scenes but are indispensable to the efforts of the firm.

“We are thrilled that Tim has received this award in recognition of his significant effort and contribution to some of the firm’s most significant and complex matters,” remarked Michael S. Stein, firm chair and managing partner. “While he may be ‘unsung’ now, I have no doubt that recognition of his outstanding talents will become widespread.”

Added Brendan Walsh, co-chair of the firm’s Litigation practice, “Tim’s ability to identify the fine details of complex litigation, knowledge of appellate courts, and excellent brief writing skills has led to him becoming one of the go-to attorneys for our firm’s significant litigation matters. The knowledge and experience he gained from serving as a deputy attorney general in the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General’s Environmental Practice Group has made him invaluable to our firm’s attorneys and clients.“

Malone represents clients in a wide range of complex litigation matters and has significant experience at both the trial and appellate levels on disputes involving commercial, corporate, and employment law, trusts and estates law and probate litigation, environmental law matters, and family law appeals.

The honorees will be recognized at the New Jersey Law Journal’s gala, scheduled for September 13, 2023.
