Joseph A. Hayden, Jr. Authors InsiderNJ Column, “Thoughts on Trump’s Hush Money Sentence”
Joseph A. Hayden, Jr., co-chair of the Criminal Defense and Investigations practices at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C., recently authored an InsiderNJ column titled, “Thoughts on Trump’s Hush Money Sentence.”
Hayden discusses the sentence imposed on Donald Trump on his conviction arising out of hush money payments before he was first elected President. Hayden writes: “I can not bring myself to use the word “Solomonic,” but the thoughtful sentence of Justice Juan Merchan made the best of a bad situation and was a step in upholding the Rule of Law.”
