Jonathan Z. Kahana Joins Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C. as an Associate in the Corporate & Business Law Practice
Hackensack, NJ (August 2023) - Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C. is pleased to announce that Jonathan Z. Kahana has joined the firm as an associate in the Corporate & Business Law practice as of June 29, 2023. Prior to joining Pashman Stein, Kahana was an associate at an AmLaw 100 firm. He also practiced Corporate law, focusing on mergers & acquisitions, venture financing and tech-related transactions, for several years in Israel.

Kahana advises clients with respect to broad-based general corporate and transactional matters with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, growth equity, venture capital transactions, startup formation, corporate reorganizations, corporate governance, debt and equity financings. He represents a wide variety of investors and companies in various industries including technology and cannabis.
Kahana earned his LL.M in Banking, Corporate and Finance Law, cum laude, from Fordham University School of Law and his LL.B, magna cum laude, from Haim Striks School Of Law, College Of Management Academic Studies, in Israel.
