Jonathan's extensive experience in venture capital transactions, venture and debt financing, mergers and acquisitions includes structuring, drafting and negotiating asset purchase, stock purchase, and merger agreements, operating agreements, shareholders agreements, partnership agreements, SAFE agreements, convertible notes and all related ancillary documents, as well as all aspects of the due diligence process, analyzing target company agreements, documents and required third party consents, and drafting disclosure schedules. Additionally, he regularly advises clients on various ongoing corporate and commercial transactional related matters.
