Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C. Welcomes Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Creditors’ Rights Counsel Richard W. Riley
Hackensack, NJ (January 23, 2025) - Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C. is pleased to announce that Richard W. Riley has joined as counsel in the firm’s Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Creditors’ Rights practice.
Riley focuses his practice on bankruptcy, corporate restructuring, creditors’ rights and related litigation. He has represented debtors, secured creditors, creditors’ committees, insurers and large unsecured creditors in bankruptcy cases and out-of-court workouts. He has also advised clients in many large, complex and high-profile chapter 11 cases in Delaware and other jurisdictions.
“I have known Rich for many years, as have many of the other members of our group,” said John Weiss, chair of the firm’s Bankruptcy practice. “We are very excited that he has decided to add his extensive capabilities to our practice, particularly in Delaware where he will continue to be based. Riley received his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law and his B.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame. He is admitted to practice in Delaware, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
