Richard W. Riley is counsel in the firm’s Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Creditors’ Rights practice. He focuses his practice on bankruptcy, corporate restructuring, creditors’ rights and related litigation. Mr. Riley has represented debtors, secured creditors, creditors’ committees, insurers and large unsecured creditors in bankruptcy cases and out-of-court workouts. He has advised clients in many large, complex and high-profile chapter 11 cases in Delaware and other jurisdictions and has established a reputation for creative and pragmatic problem solving.
