Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C. Welcomes Trusts & Estates and Elder Law & Special Needs Planning Associate Jacqueline Yarmo
Hackensack, NJ (February 7, 2025) - Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C. is pleased to announce that Jacqueline (Jackie) Yarmo has joined as an associate in the firm’s Trusts & Estates and Elder Law & Special Needs Planning practices.
Yarmo focuses her practice in the areas of elder law, guardianship, probate litigation, asset preservation planning (with or without Medicaid applications), and estate planning and administration.

After graduating from Rutgers Law School cum laude, Jackie served as a law clerk to the Honorable Judge Randal C. Chiocca in the Chancery Court of Passaic County, followed by several years of practice at New Jersey law firms.
Jackie also has experience in a variety of settings helping people solve critical concerns involving aging and special needs. These include the Rutgers Law School Education and Health Law Clinic; the Jewish Association Serving the Aging Community Guardian Program (New York City); Central Jersey Legal Services; the Newark Housing Rights Coalition; and Mandelbaum Barrett, PC. A passionate advocate, Jackie also enjoys educating others regarding the importance of estate planning and the unique legal challenges confronting the aging and special needs populations through speaking engagements and community outreach.
Yarmo received her J.D. from Rutgers Law School and her B.F.A. from Boston Conservatory of Music.
