Overview
Katherine Beilin is an associate in the firm's Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Creditors’ Rights practice and Litigation practice. She advises and represents clients in complex bankruptcy proceedings and related litigation. In addition, she represents individuals and businesses, ranging from closely-held companies to large institutions, in a range of complex commercial disputes.
Katherine joined Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C. following her clerkship for the Honorable Gregory L. Acquaviva, in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Monmouth Vicinage.
Katherine graduated Suffolk University Law School, serving as Treasurer of the Women’s Law Association, as well as a member of the Child and Family Law Student Association and Boston Bar Association Student Representative. She received her B.A. in Political Science from Rutgers University.
